Maintenance Technician II, Manufacturing Automation

Hunter Agricultural Irrigation is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician II to perform intermediate diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to automated molding and production machinery in our Clermont, Florida manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Perform machine start-up, setup, and changeovers.
• Verify correct tool and machine settings.
• Move machines and install redesigned parts and systems to molding and assembly machines.
• Work with production team members to ensure they are satisfied with equipment maintenance performed.
• Document equipment repairs and maintenance performed to machinery and associated equipment, utilizing correct documentation procedures.
• Seek to improve own skill level by participating in apprenticeship program, taking job-related courses, and attending technical seminars.
• Assist in generating and implementing maintenance procedures for molding and assembly machines and related equipment.
• Submit suggestions for electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic performance-improving modifications to molding and assembly machines and related equipment.
