Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to provide first-class customer service to clients via phone calls, live chat, and email. The ideal candidate should be able to converse in Korean and English, with strong customer service skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
- Korean speaker able to converse in English
- Korean written and verbal communication skills
- Earned a Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably with 1 year of Customer Service experience in call center
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Customer Service Skills
