Vietnamese Speaking Sales Associate

We are seeking for Vietnamese native speakers who are fluent in English to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will engage with advertisers, understand their business goals, and provide tailored digital marketing solutions through consultative sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a digital marketing or online sales organization
• Proven experience in outbound sales and calling, with strong consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal, written, and listening)
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and thrives in a competitive inside sales environment
• Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities, with strong client communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and voicemail systems
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take direction while demonstrating initiative
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
