Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance, repair, adjustment, and minor construction work in the trades to ensure that facilities are properly maintained and meet Company standards.

Requirements

• Performs preventative maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and control systems and related components;
• Repairs and maintains a variety of facilities systems, components, and structures;
• Maintains air handling units;
• Identifies repair and maintenance projects requiring the assistance of contractors or vendors;
• Accesses and makes all levels of adjustments to computerized control systems;
• Performs electronic recordkeeping related to preventive maintenance, repairs, modifications, and installations;
• Works closely with purchasing agents to track and acquire the repair parts and supplies needed to maintain the facility;
• Knows and understands all safety procedures of the Company;
• Performs other duties as assigned.
