Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor, Med/Telemetry 4W and Cardiothoracic Unit 5W position requires a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of clinical experience and 2 years of recent experience in the specific area of expertise. The role involves assisting Department Managers in supervising patient care and employee performance, as well as coordinating care and serving as a resource for employees, physicians, and patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required.
- Current unrestricted CA Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the CA Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) issued by American Heart Association
