Job Description
The Supervisor of Clinical - Labor & Delivery will supervise and direct clinical, operational and program activities to meet unit objectives, collaborate with Clinical Nurse Leaders, and ensure delivery of quality patient care.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California and a bachelor’s degree in nursing OR possession of valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of CA, an Associate’s degree in nursing AND a national certification in an area of expertise.
- Three (3) years (within the last five (5) years) of progressively responsible clinical experience as an RN in an acute care facility
- One (1) year of nursing experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
