Job Description
Evaluates, plans and administers treatment for disabilities, injuries and diseases in accordance with a physician's order. Requires flexibility of hours and overtime pay.
Requirements
- Graduate of an educational program for occupational therapists approved by the California Board of Occupational Therapy and accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association’s Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
- Minimum of one year related practice experience preferred.
- Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist License issued by California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT)
- Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) issued by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current Physical Agent Modalities (PAM) Certification issued by State of California for working with modalities: specialized hand diagnoses patients, pediatrics, dysphagia
- Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
