We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our People Operations team. The successful candidate will own, execute, and continuously update our company's compensation strategies, ensuring they are robust, transparent, and sustainable as we scale. This role will play a crucial part in preparing the organization for continued growth and expansion, ensuring that our compensation practices are highly competitive within the industry and attractive to top talent.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in compensation programs
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to analyze and enhance compensation processes, leveraging technology for efficiency
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
