We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to help our growing Compensation team with a wide range of operations and analytical work.
Requirements
- Have 2-5 years of compensation-specific experience, or a mix of compensation and related HR roles
- Compensation consulting experience is a plus, but not required
- Skilled with data manipulation and building models and complex formulas in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn our internal tools
- Detail-oriented with a high accuracy bar; discreet and trustworthy with sensitive compensation data
- A self-starter who can manage competing priorities and a high volume of work
- Flexible and adaptable across a range of work types and shifting priorities
- A strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable speaking with candidates
- Positive and approachable; able to remain composed, prepared, and balanced in all interactions
