Compensation Operations Analyst

The Trade Desk is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Compensation Operations Analyst to join their Commission Strategy and Analytics team. This role involves supporting the accurate and timely execution of commission operations while developing analytical skills that contribute to broader compensation strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance, analytics, operations, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex models and analyses
• Genuine curiosity about sales compensation, incentive design, and how commission structures drive business outcomes
• Detail oriented with a high standard for accuracy especially when working with sensitive compensation data
• Strong communicator who can translate complex commission concepts clearly to internal stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Self-starter who takes initiative and asks the right questions
