The Trade Desk is seeking a Commissions Analyst to develop a deep understanding of current compensation practices and assume administrative responsibility for Sales compensation plans, ensuring reporting and payments are completed in a timely manner and with appropriate documentation. The role requires thorough understanding of commission and bonus plans, supporting sales commissions process, and interface with sales management and billing teams to review revenue data.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of incentive compensation experience
- BS/BA in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Anaplan Skills
- Database & query experience - SQL
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
