Receptionist/Office Assistant

Provide exceptional customer service, assist with daily data entry, client-related tasks, front desk reception work, and other tasks as assigned. Assist with client event planning and coordination, and maintain office supplies and organization.

Requirements

• Answer all incoming phone lines with a smile and route calls appropriately
• Ensure excellent public relations with clients, community, and Hurley personnel
• Enter, verify, and maintain client information in applicable software
• Filing and organization of print and electronic documents
• Maintain and update office supplies
• Pick up and deliver mail to appropriate personnel
• Assist with deposits
• Assist with office meals, and organization and upkeep of kitchen areas
