Healthcare Consulting Director – Case Management

Huron is seeking a Healthcare Consulting Director to lead teams in complex performance improvement engagements, manage budgets, and ensure successful client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience, a Bachelor's of Nursing degree, and an active Registered Nurse license. The role requires excellent knowledge of case management principles, direct supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• 8 + years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience with excellent knowledge of case management principles
• Direct supervisory experience within Case Management
• Level of care experience with industry standard tools (InterQual®, Milliman Care Guidelines)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• US Work Authorization required
