Healthcare Consulting Director - Clinical Workforce

The Healthcare Consulting Director in Clinical Workforce will lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• 8+ years of healthcare project leadership and workplan management experience
• Demonstrated clinical leadership experience as a nurse across multiple acute and/or non‐acute care settings
• Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• US Work Authorization required
