Job Description
The Senior Manager of Human Resources is a hands-on operational leader responsible for managing daily HR activities, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a strong operational mindset and direct ownership of HR activities across all functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
- Multi-state employment experience
- Exceptional empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills
