Hut 8 is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to lead global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will bring a process-driven mindset, technical expertise in U.S. public company equity administration, and innovative thinking to design and manage Total Rewards programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience
- Experience with cross-border equity plans and complex vesting schedules
- Strong working knowledge of relevant disclosure and filing requirements
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification highly preferred
- Experience with payroll tax implications of equity plans across jurisdictions
