Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success, within the IT industry
- Experience selling or managing IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services
- Strong understanding of IT terminology and enterprise technology environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
