GTM Engineer - AI Systems

We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build, launch, and optimize high-performance outbound campaigns for SaaS clients using cutting-edge tools and AI agents.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Clay
• Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound, personalization, and workflow automation
• Proven experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or outbound infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Zapier)
• Familiarity with modern outbound stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.)
• Experience in B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems
• Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
• Ability to work US hours (preferably PT overlap)
