We are hiring a GTM Engineer to build, launch, and optimize high-performance outbound campaigns for SaaS clients. You'll work closely with leadership and clients to translate buying signals into scalable outbound systems that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Clay (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience using Claude for outbound, personalization, and workflow automation (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or outbound infrastructure roles
- Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Zapier)
- Familiarity with modern outbound stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.)
- Experience in B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems
- Prior experience in a startup or agency environment
- Ability to work US hours (preferably PT overlap)
