We're looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a passion for renewable energy and solar solutions. In this remote sales role, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in solar and energy solutions, generating leads, and booking appointments for senior sales representatives.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), appointment setting, or lead generation role.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or home improvement sales is highly preferred.
- Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, outreach targets, and performance metrics.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
