Sales Development Representative - Solar Energy

Huzzle is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for remote solar and renewable energy sales roles with fast-growing companies focused on clean energy solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), appointment setting, or lead generation role.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or home improvement sales is highly preferred.
• Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, outreach targets, and performance metrics.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
