Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), appointment setting, or lead generation role
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, energy efficiency, or home improvement sales is highly preferred
- Proven success with cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools
- Comfortable working with KPIs, outreach targets, and performance metrics
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
