Weâre looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing ad creatives across paid social channels. Youâll own the creative strategy lifecycleâfrom ideation and testing to scaling winning conceptsâworking closely with media buyers, designers, and clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns through high-performing ad creatives
- Strong understanding of: Paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads), Direct response marketing principles, Creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or high-growth DTC brand
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing or mentoring creative teams is a plus
