Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing ad creatives across paid social channels. You will own the creative strategy lifecycleâfrom ideation and testing to scaling winning conceptsâworking closely with media buyers, designers, and clients.
Requirements
- Develop and execute data-driven creative strategies for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Lead creative ideation, briefing, and testing frameworks to improve ad performance
- Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate on winning concepts
- Collaborate with media buyers and performance marketers to align creative with campaign goals
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high-converting assets
- Conduct competitor research and identify emerging creative trends
- Present strategy, insights, and results to internal teams and clients
- Build scalable creative systems and testing pipelines
