Job Description
The Assistant Manager of Store Operations is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. They will also oversee training, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures, as well as coordinate store sanitation and cleanliness.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent experience
- One year or more of retail experience including performing the duties of an Assistant Manager
- Ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
