Job Description
As a Breakfast Commis Chef, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional morning dining experience at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars, a 5-star hotel located in the heart of the City of London. You will assist in preparing and cooking breakfast items, maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and taste, and work closely with senior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Basic experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
