The Chef de Cuisine will manage all aspects of the culinary team at Valle restaurant, a one-star Michelin restaurant. The role requires previous Michelin star restaurant experience and a commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality.
Requirements
- Act as senior leadership by developing and assuming key management responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items
- Develop and implement creative menu items within the restaurant concept
- Manage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating and hiring
