The Chef de Cuisine at Valle restaurant is responsible for managing all aspects of the culinary team, including menu creation, staff management, and special events. The ideal candidate has previous Michelin star restaurant experience and a commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality.
Requirements
- Act as senior leadership by developing and assuming key management responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items
- Manage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating and hiring
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
