Job Description
MAMA MAKAN is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join their team at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The ideal candidate should have experience in Indonesian cuisine, good language skills, and a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working as Commis / Kitchen Assistant
- Experience or eagerness to learn about Indonesian Cuisine
- Good language and communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Legal ability to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit
