Job Description
MAMA MAKAN is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join their team at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The successful candidate will have a love for Indonesian cuisine and a passion for cooking. The role involves supervising the team, preparing traditional Indonesian dishes, and providing a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working as Commis / Kitchen Assistant
- Love for Indonesian Cuisine, with some experience or eagerness to learn more about it
- Good language and communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in evenings, weekends and/or holidays
