Director of Finance

The Director of Finance will oversee accounting processes for two Hyatt Hotels, planning and managing short- and long-term accounting functions, participating in hotel management, and nurturing relationships with owners. The role requires a strong understanding of financial and operational challenges, as well as the ability to improve efficiency and processes while meeting guest and owner expectations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive hotel Accounting experience
• Hotel pre-opening experience preferred
• Hospitality or Accounting degree preferred
• Must possess high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and ability to improve the bottom line
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
