Job Description
The Director of Food and Beverage leads the overall strategy, financial performance, and service excellence for all Food & Beverage operations at Grand Hyatt DFW, driving guest satisfaction, elevating culinary and beverage experiences, and maximizing profitability.
Requirements
- 6 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
- At least 5 years experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
