Director of Food and Beverage

Join Hyatt as a Director of Food and Beverage and lead the strategy, financial performance, and service excellence for all Food & Beverage operations at Grand Hyatt DFW. This role is accountable for driving guest satisfaction, elevating culinary and beverage experiences, maximizing profitability, and developing high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 6 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience (typically with Hyatt)
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
• Proven leadership skills
• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
• At least 5 years experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment
• Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
