Join the pre-opening team of Andaz Gold Coast, a lifestyle luxury hotel in Australia, as Director of Food & Beverage. Lead, inspire, and ignite the F&B vision from pre-opening to best-in-market operations. This is a hands-on, owner-mindset role for a leader who rallies the pack, lives on the floor with guests and teams, and turns ideas into unforgettable experiences and strong results.
Requirements
- Pre-opening experience strongly preferred
- Senior multi-outlet F&B leadership in 5-star luxury, upper-upscale or lifestyle hotels
- Commercial acumen: P&L ownership, menu engineering with Culinary, pricing, inventory and labour management
