We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and occupancy targets.
Requirements
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies
- Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management to develop compelling packages
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
- Ensure exceptional client service standards and guest satisfaction
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and performance reports
