We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla, a 214-guestroom hotel with two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool, and fitness center.
Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across key market segments
- Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a leading market position
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, forecasts, and performance reports
