Director of Sales - Park Hyatt Kyoto

Park Hyatt Kyoto is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Sales & Marketing department. The role requires inspirational leadership, dedication to guest care, and a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or Hospitality/Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years of progressive work experience in similar roles within luxury international properties
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as customer service orientation, excellent problem solving and administrative skills and computer competency
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Japanese is essential, additional language skills will be an asset
• Ability to represent the Park Hyatt brand
• Thorough understanding of Luxury Consortia markets and Luxury Travel agents is a big plus
• Ability to harness financial and competitive set data to inform decisions
• Ability to prospect new business and build relationships with current clients
