Park Hyatt Kyoto is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to provide leadership to the Sales & Marketing Department. The role requires a highly motivated and dynamic leader to lead the department in all day-to-day operations, including sales and marketing strategy, revenue forecasting, and colleague and guest experience.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or Hospitality/Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years of progressive work experience in similar roles within luxury international properties
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Japanese
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Computer competency and ability to represent the Park Hyatt brand
