Executive Chef

Join the passionate team at Hyatt Centric Park City as an Executive Chef. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that delivers exceptional guest experiences in a unique ski-in/ski-out hotel. As a member of the hotel Executive Committee, the Executive Chef will be responsible for kitchen operations, menu planning, and leading a team of culinary staff.

Requirements

• 6 years or more of progressive hotel Culinary experience (typically with Hyatt)
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
• At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
