Executive Chef

We're looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented Executive Chef to join our passionate team at Hyatt Centric Park City. As a member of the hotel Executive Committee, the Executive Chef will be responsible for kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff training.

Requirements

• 6 years or more of progressive hotel Culinary experience
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
• At least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
• Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
