Job Description
At Hyatt Regency New Orleans, we are seeking an Exhibitor & Vendor Logistics Coordinator to play a critical role in the success of our conventions and large-scale events. This position will be the on-site leader for vendor logistics, managing all load-in and load-out activity, coordinating vendors, and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, events, logistics, or operations
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence to lead and enforce standards with vendors
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)
