Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive supervisory experience in Front Office or Rooms Division operations, ideally within a luxury or Forbes-rated hotel environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred; luxury hospitality certifications a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead briefings, coach colleagues, and navigate complex guest interactions with grace.
- Proficiency in billing accuracy, reservation management, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Reservations Systems preferred.
