As a Guest Services Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, personalized, and memorable experience for all guests throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in Front Office or coordinating group stays at large-capacity hotels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, Channel Manager; experience with Opera is a plus)
