Guest Services Officer Groups Trainee (Internship)

We are looking for motivated, service-oriented, and enthusiastic students to join our Guest Services - Groups Internship Program at Grand Hyatt Barcelona.

Requirements

• Student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and shifts
• Available for a minimum of 5 months
• Eligible for internships in Spain/EU
