Guest Services Officer Groups Trainee (Internship)

Motivated students are sought for an internship in Guest Services at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona, where they will assist in coordinating group arrivals and departures, and gain hands-on experience in group coordination and guest relations.

Requirements

• Student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
