Job Description
The Guest Services Officer Groups Trainee (Internship) role at Grand Hyatt Barcelona involves coordinating group arrivals and departures, preparing rooming lists, and providing exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting.
Requirements
- Student in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Service-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
