Requirements
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a luxury housekeeping environment.
- Labor Environment: Proven ability to work effectively in both unionized and non-union settings.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Guest Relations: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest service.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and best practices specific to luxury hospitality standards.
- Quality Standards: Consistent commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and overall room readiness.
- Physical Capability: Able to regularly lift, push, and pull moderate weights as part of daily operations.
- Shift Stamina: Ability to stand and remain physically active throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
