Job Description
Elevate Luxury: Support Impeccable Guest Experiences as a Houseperson at Park Hyatt Chicago. Maintain the cleanliness and elegance of all public areas, support room attendants with linen and supply delivery, and ensure that guest floors and back-of-house spaces remain organized, polished, and guest-ready at all times.
Requirements
- Housekeeping Experience: Minimum 2 years in housekeeping or public areas within a luxury or Forbes-rated environment.
- Service Culture: Demonstrated commitment to delivering warm, polished, and discreet service in all guest-facing and back-of-house interactions.
- Operational Support: Proven ability to support room attendants, manage supply distribution, and maintain organized, guest-ready floors and public spaces.
