Job Description
Support Impeccable Guest Experiences as a Houseperson at Park Hyatt Chicago. Maintain cleanliness and elegance of public areas, support room attendants, and ensure guest floors and back-of-house spaces are organized and guest-ready.
Requirements
- Housekeeping experience: minimum 2 years in housekeeping or public areas within a luxury or Forbes-rated environment
- Service culture: demonstrated commitment to delivering warm, polished, and discreet service in all guest-facing and back-of-house interactions
- Operational support: proven ability to support room attendants, manage supply distribution, and maintain organized, guest-ready floors and public spaces
