Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong passion for hospitality, with a genuine interest in people, service, and creating personalized guest experiences
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage confidently with guests
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs
- Eligibility to work in Thailand
